What do I need to bring during the session?
Journal/notebook, Pen, Beverage, *Optional: eye mask and earbuds.
Does the timing of this event change monthly?
Yes! We follow the new moon through the calendar pages. Most often hosted on weekdays at nights and weekends in the morning.
Is this recorded?
Yes, you will receive a follow-up email (so be sure you add us as a contact) with a replay link. Bonus, you also get an audio of the meditation separately.
Is this an interactive event?
During the session you may breakout into zoom rooms and share with a partner. You are welcome to ask Amber Jane questions!
How long is the circle?
The session usually takes 2 hours. *We may end earlier, but never later.
What's frequency healing?
Have you heard of Reiki? It's very similar. Amber Jane channels energy that helps expand your capacity to receive and clearing what might be blocking you. (You do not have to receive this transmission - please let her know.)
Will I feel tired or spacy after?
You may feel very relaxed after the session. And you may have received a healing/clearing. Amber Jane concludes the event with the meditation so you can take a nap or continue that dreamy feeling, journal write, or take care.
Do I have to know something about manifesting?
No. Amber Jane will guide you through every step.
